We recommend shopping about 10-12 months in advance of your wedding date! All of our designers make your dress specifically for you, so your dress will take approximately 6 - 9 months to come in after ordering, This gives you plenty of time for alterations after your dress arrives.

With that said, we can order your dress with a rush fee. If you have questions about timing or rushing the delivery of your dress, contact our team at contact@brickandivorybridal.com. Some of our designers can accommodate up to a 6-week rush order for an additional fee!

We currently carry a variety of sample sizes ranging from US 6 - 12 which accommodates bridal sizes 0 -14, and we hope to expand our size offerings as we grow!

A $75 fee is required to book your 90-minute appointment, which will be applied to your dress if you purchase with us. Follow-up appointments can be booked for a $50 fee. 30-minute styling appointments are complimentary.

If you have to cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance to receive a refund for your booking fee!

Our dresses range between $3 - $13K, although the majority of our inventory is between $5K - $8K. If you have questions about the cost of a specific dress, please contact our team at contact@brickandivorybridal.com!

Of course! We allow up to 3 guests to accompany you at your appointment. Having your closest people with you is an important part of this day and we love meeting our brides’ families and friends!

We’ve found that 3 guests is the sweet spot because it keeps the focus on you, ensures you don’t receive an overwhelming number of opinions, and allows everyone to sit comfortably in the studio.

Absolutely! If you’re interested in fine dining, try Italian at Cento. Lindey’s is perfect for patio season and Chapman’s is an iconic New York Times-rated spot. For a more casual experience, we love Olde Mohawk, The Sycamore, and South Village Grill!

Due to the breadth of our designers' collections, we do not carry every dress from each collection.

However, if you’re eyeing a particular dress from one of our designers, please call and let us know!  Some of our designers have loan programs where we can bring your desired dress in for your appointment if given enough notice. Additional shipping fees may apply, which will be applied to your dress if you purchase with us!

We require payment in full at the time of your purchase and accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Once payment has been made and our contract has been signed, we immediately place your order with your designer! Their terms dictate all sales are final.

Please wear undergarments close to those you will wear on your wedding day. We recommend skin-toned or ivory undergarments and/or shapewear.

There is no need to have your wedding shoes with you because the standard hem lengths for our samples are very long. We have pedestals at the showroom to give you a proper visual of what your dress will look like with a heel!

Please wear minimal makeup, locations, and products to help us keep our samples in the best shape for all our brides. Additionally, please do not come to your appointment after a recent spray tan, as the products used in the process can rub off on our dresses.
